We are seeking a childcare worker for the Swedish-speaking daycare Håkansböle in Vanda. The unit is part of Vanda City’s Swedish-language service area with a vision of growing, playing and learning together for a sustainable future. The role involves being part of the pedagogical team and cooperating with multiprofessional actors to develop an inclusive culture across the unit. You should be capable of teamwork, communicate safely and respectfully with children, colleagues and guardians, and respond to children’s individual needs. The workplace is located in Vanda, with a plan for a new day care Silva to open in autumn 2027. Employment type is fixed-term until 24.08.2026 or as agreed. Working hours are 38 h 15 min per week, full-time. Salary is 2553.28 EUR per month, with possible supplements based on prior experience. Requirements include eligibility as a childcare worker under the Act on Early Childhood Education and Swedish language skills. The municipal collective agreement AKTA applies.
