We are looking for a fiberglass worker for our client in Lieto, Finland, to join the production team on a permanent basis. Our client manufactures subcontract products from metal, wood and fiberglass. Your duties will include laminating fiberglass mats with resin into molds, sanding, and cutting fiberglass. We are seeking a candidate with: an understanding of fiberglass materials or experience in similar production work; careful work approach and readiness to learn new methods; good attitude and hands-on approach; own car for commuting to the workplace. Prior experience with fiberglass is a plus, but painters, boat builders and other hands-on tradespeople for whom brushes and rollers are familiar could also be a good fit. We offer a permanent contract, day shift (8h per day), training for the tasks and a friendly, skilled work community. Pay based on skill and experience (14–18 €/h).
