We are seeking a sales associate for Sale Monninkylä in a permanent position. The role involves performing a variety of store tasks including customer service at the cash register, daily store cleanliness, shelving, and making sure products are displayed and available. You will help maintain a welcoming store atmosphere, support colleagues, and have opportunities for development and training. Pay follows the retail collective agreement (10.89 €/h – 14.57 €/h), depending on experience and education, plus a 5% language allowance if you can serve customers in both Finnish and Swedish, and a potential company-wide bonus up to 1.70 €/hour based on company results and industry metrics.
