Sales Associate

Biltema is a family-owned chain of large-format stores. We are looking for upbeat, customer-service oriented part-time sales associates to work at Biltema Hämeenlinna and Biltema Café, across both the store floor and the café. Positions are permanent with a typical weekly workload of 10–15 hours. You will handle customer service at the cash desk, assist with loading/unloading, shelf replenishment, and keep the store tidy. We value friendly, service-minded individuals with good communication skills, who are 18+ and able to work morning, evening and weekend shifts. Finnish and/or Swedish language skills to serve customers in every service scenario are required. A hygienic passport or willingness to obtain one is expected; employer provides regular hygienic passport training. Prior experience in retail and café operations is considered an asset.
