This is a hybrid consulting role with travel to client sites of up to 75%. The Manager in Organizational Change Management (OCM) will lead clients through complex business, digital, data, and AI transformations. You will partner with executives, business leaders, technology teams, and end users to develop and execute change strategies that accelerate adoption, drive value realization, and deliver lasting business outcomes. You will play a key role in helping clients successfully implement transformative initiatives, including AI and Microsoft Copilot adoption, data and analytics modernization, operating model transformations, and enterprise technology programs. What you'll do: Lead organizational change initiatives; Drive AI and Copilot adoption; Engage and influence stakeholders; Design learning and adoption programs; Grow the practice. Qualifications: 7+ years leading organizational change management, 2+ years consulting, experience with enterprise digital transformations, strong stakeholder engagement, workshop facilitation, executive presence, and communication skills.
