HVAC Project Manager

LVI-project manager We are seeking a capable and proactive LVI project manager for a permanent position handling HVAC contracting projects in new construction and renovation sites. The employer is an established HVAC company focusing on new buildings, renovations and HVAC maintenance. The role emphasizes quality work, reliability and controlled project progression. Responsibilities: As the HVAC project manager you will lead the contract projects comprehensively and ensure smooth execution. Your duties include contract accounting, procurement of materials and supplies, creating schedules, and planning and coordinating site resources. You will monitor progress, costs and timelines and ensure that work is performed in line with agreed quality and safety requirements. You will work closely with installers, customers, partners and other project stakeholders. The role allows you to lead projects independently and influence their smooth execution. Requirements: A suitable engineering education and previous experience in HVAC tasks are required. The ability to manage several units, make independent decisions and keep projects organized in busy situations is essential. We value initiative and systematic working methods and good organizational, communication and cooperation skills.
