We are seeking a skilled and proactive HVAC project manager for a permanent position to oversee HVAC contracting projects in new buildings and renovation sites. The role offers responsibility for end-to-end project delivery, from estimating and procurement of materials to scheduling and coordinating site resources, ensuring work is completed to agreed quality and safety standards. The project manager will work closely with installers, customers, partners and other project participants, and will have the opportunity to lead projects independently and influence their smooth execution.

- Lead and manage HVAC contracting projects from start to handover
- Perform tendering, procurement of materials and equipment
- Create schedules and coordinate site resources
- Monitor progress, costs and timelines ensuring compliance with quality and safety
- Collaborate with installers, clients, partners and other stakeholders
- Provide independent leadership to projects
Requirements
- Engineering education
- Prior experience in LVI projects or contracting
- Ability to manage multiple work streams independently
- Structured, proactive and collaborative working style
