Are you the early childhood social services professional we are looking for? We are seeking an early childhood social services professional for Pilke Liminka. This role is right for you if you want to use your expertise, develop and come up with new ideas, and leave your personal mark on creating good days for children and colleagues. Work begins on 28 October 2026 or as agreed. Our nature-focused daycare provides high-quality, child-centred early childhood education for children aged 0–5. We spend plenty of time outdoors, and our activities emphasise exploring natural phenomena, wondering and excursions. Our daycare also offers language-enriched early childhood education in English for children over three. Would you like to work in a daycare as part of a multidisciplinary early childhood education team, and is children’s holistic growth, development and learning at the heart of your expertise? We expect you to have, or be able to manage, the following areas: - A sensitive, consistent and pedagogical approach to work. - Good teamwork skills. - A holistic approach to the wellbeing of children and families; recognising risks in families, knowing the service network for children and families, and guiding them to services. - Cultural sensitivity and community skills, and preventing inequality. - A positive attitude towards development.
