Fintech Onboarding Manager

Pennylane is hiring a Fintech Onboarding Manager & Consultant for Germany who will act as the voice of our customers and own their success with the Pennylane platform. Core responsibilities include onboarding new customers (both businesses and accounting firms), maintaining relationships with existing customers, conducting health-checks and reviews, collaborating with the German Sales team and management to optimize processes and contribute to product requirements, and developing expertise in the German accounting landscape to share knowledge with customers. The role requires 2-5 years of experience in bookkeeping, account management or similar customer-facing roles, a completed apprenticeship or studies in finance, and fluent German (C2 or native) plus English. Travel for onboarding in Paris HQ and regular customer visits in Germany is expected. Remote work from within Germany is allowed, with Berlin office optional.
