Site Supervisor

We are seeking a site supervisor for a client operating mainly in Satakunta and Varsinais-Suomi. As the on-site supervisor you will work closely with clients, suppliers, authorities, subcontractors and your own company staff. You are responsible for the quality of the work performed, compliance with regulations and the safety of workers on site. Main duties include: overall management of basic renovation projects; procurement and ordering of construction materials; scheduling and monitoring of sites; cost and budget tracking of projects; calculation of extra and change orders; review and approval of project invoices; cooperation with the client and project supervisor. We expect experience from basic renovation targets and their management; understanding of financial control of projects; good organizational and interpersonal skills; practical, proactive and systematic work attitude; resilience, transparency and good stress tolerance; positive and solution-oriented attitude; experience with modern ERP and project management systems; construction-related education (construction foreman, engineer or equivalent master). The client offers an independent role with influence on work orders; a monthly salary according to your skills and experience (4,000 – 5,500 € / month); possibility of production-based bonuses tied to project results; a van and modern tools; possibility of ownership in the company based on performance and agreement.
