Office Services Officer

The Office Services Attendant works in a varied range of office services duties in the Administrative Department. In addition to general office services duties, the work includes handling outgoing mail, customer guidance, equipment and office supply purchases, taking care of video service connections, and acting as the contact person for parties involved in property management and maintenance. The Office Services Attendant is part of the district court’s security organisation and is particularly responsible for matters related to the safety of the Vantaa office premises and courtrooms, in cooperation with the district court’s other security personnel. The role also includes deputising for the premises and security specialist, acting as a telephone contact person, and carrying out other duties assigned by the chief judge. The position is based in Vantaa, but working at the district court’s other locations may occasionally be required.
