
Sheet Metal Supervisor
Job Description\nSheet Metal Supervisor (2nd Shift)\n\nJob Purpose:\nOverseeing and coordinating the activities and resources within a specific unit or department within an organization.\n\nExperience:\nPrior experience in operations management or related roles is beneficial; experience in administrative roles where organizational and coordination skills are utilized is valuable\nBachelor’s degree in business administration, Management, Operations Management or a related field\n\nKey Responsibilities:\nCoordinate day-to-day operations within the unit, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and deadlines are met\nAllocate resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials, to support operational activities and projects\nEnsure resources are utilized effectively and in alignment with organizational goals and budget constraints\nFacilitate communication and collaboration among team members within the unit, as well as with other departments or external stakeholders\nOrganize and manage documentation such as schedules, reports, meeting minutes, and other relevant materials\nSupport the training and development of unit staff by providing guidance, resources, and assistance as needed\nCoordinate training sessions, workshops, and other learning opportunities to enhance skills and competencies within the unit\nCollaborate with other units or departments to meet customer needs and deliver quality services\nAssist in the coordination and execution of projects or initiatives within the unit, working closely with project managers and team members to achieve objectives\nCollect and analyze data related to unit operations, performance metrics, and key performance indicators (KPIs)\nIdentify opportunities for process improvements, cost savings, or efficiency gains within the unit\n\nDon’t let a few unmet requirements chill your enthusiasm!
