Bondata Helsinki is seeking a Cold Installer / Air-Source Heat Pump Installer for the Uusimaa region. The role suits both experienced technicians and those early in their careers who have the necessary licenses, technical skills, and a desire to learn. You will install and service air-source heat pumps in the Greater Helsinki area and throughout Uusimaa. Work involves installing new units, performing maintenance, and site visits to customer locations ranging from single-family homes to housing associations. You may work alongside a more experienced technician or independently, with training and team support as you gain experience. As experience grows, you’ll take more responsibility and keep customers updated while delivering neat results. In customer homes or housing association sites you are the company’s representative, so a good customer-service mindset and quality workmanship are important. Requirements include a valid cold-refrigerant license (Tukes, class I), a valid B-driver’s license, technical aptitude and interest in heat pump technology, customer-oriented and responsible work style, and a willingness to learn. Prior experience with air-source heat pump installation is beneficial but not required. The position offers a permanent full-time contract, onboarding and team support, and access to a modern van and quality tools, with opportunities for further training and advancement.
