About the role

We are looking for a Continuous Improvement & Planning Expert with main responsibilities in cross-team planning and way of working development. This means supporting the adoption of improved practices across RDE, as well as facilitating events for e.g. planning, process development, and problem-solving. Your role and responsibilities As a CI & Planning expert, your work will include facilitating the development and continuous improvement of R&D and Engineering's ways of working by maintaining and evolving the frameworks, processes, and methodologies that enable effective planning, development, and collaboration. Additionally, you will manage the planning process together with project managers. You will facilitate regular or topic-specific events such as planning sessions, retrospectives, development workshops, and structured problem-solving activities by ensuring smooth execution and high-quality outcomes. Your work also includes supporting line managers and teams in helping them build their capabilities and work more efficiently. You will contribute to strengthening a culture of continuous improvement across the organization and actively promote cross functional learning and collaboration. Requirements for the position: MSc in Industrial Management or Business development, alternatively some other relevant field like Organizational Psychology or Human resources management Excellent facilitation skills with ability to motivate and energize others Ability to lead and support teams in collaborative work also in matrix organization on continuous improvement and planning matters 3 years of experience in managing projects and change implementation 3 years of experience and know-how in continuous improvement, lean and agile methodologies and organizational development Qualifications/to be able to succeed in the position we expect you to have: Fluent in written and spoken English. Very good skills in spoken Finnish or Swedish are must. Excellent co-operation, teamwork, and communication skills Proven track record of structured and systematic way of working with a strong drive for taking development initiatives forward A curious and open mindset - willingness to be an early adopter Ability to adapt to frequent changes in plans and the work environment Basic knowledge of engineering or product development processes
