We are looking for a independent and reliable building caretaker to take care of the association’s properties and surroundings, ensuring they are well maintained and comfortable. Duties include a range of building maintenance tasks, including property and yard upkeep, small repairs and maintenance work, and other tasks related to the functioning of the buildings. We require a building caretaker qualification or equivalent competence, an autonomous and responsible work attitude, teamwork and good interpersonal skills, practical problem-solving ability, strong IT competence, and own car access. The job includes on-call duties. An advantage is prior experience as a pool attendant. We value initiative, flexibility and a willingness to take care of the shared environment. There is an opportunity for further training during employment, e.g. a fire worker permit. Trial period 6 months. Start date is by agreement.
