Construction Foreman

Job Description: In this position, you will be responsible for the coordination and organization of PSV works on the assigned project. You will collaborate with the site manager, supervise the work of suppliers and monitor that the work proceeds according to the schedule, project documentation and required quality standards. Your work will mainly include: * coordination and organization of workers according to the instructions of the site manager, * supervision of the implementation of work from the point of view of quality, OSH and fire protection, * control of technological procedures and the course of construction, * recording of performed work in the construction diary, * checking the compliance of the implementation with the project documentation, * responsibility for the efficient use of entrusted resources and company property, * travel within projects in Slovakia and possibly in the Czech Republic. Qualifications: We are looking for a person who has experience in managing PSV works in residential construction and can independently take responsibility for the entrusted area. In this position you need: * experience in managing PSV works and deliveries in residential construction, * ability to read construction documentation and drawings, * knowledge of quality control in accordance with norms and regulations, * technical and organizational skills, * independent and responsible approach to work, * driving license group B, * basic knowledge of MS Office. It will be an advantage if you have: * experience with larger residential projects, * experience in coordinating several suppliers at the same time, * orientation in modern construction technologies and procedures.
