Job Description
Opportunities to do frontier AI research at a prop trading firm in the UAE are rare. The UAE is a central part of their future. The office is growing quickly and is already home to senior AI researchers, quant leads, and strategy leadership. The team is small by design with a clear and funded plan to scale significantly. The firm has secured compute resources for large-scale foundational model work. The role involves designing ML frameworks, ensuring cloud compatibility, running large-scale experiments, and collaborating on research in language, vision, multimodal, and structured data. Candidates should have experience with large models, Python, deep learning, multi-GPU training, and a team-oriented mindset.
