Traffic Service Station Manager

We are seeking a full-time Traffic Service Station Manager for Tupoksen ABC in Liminka. The role starts in October 2026, based on agreement. As ABC Manager you will lead the Tupoksen ABC’s daily operations, ensuring a high-quality customer experience, motivating staff, and driving the business forward with clear goals. You will lead by example with a people-first approach and a customer-centric mindset. You should have passion for serving customers with a big heart, and an energetic approach to guiding the team to top performance. You must be comfortable with pressure and adaptable to changing situations. You have prior experience in supervisory roles in the restaurant or retail sector. Experience in a traffic-store supervisory role is a plus. You possess a results-oriented work attitude and the ability to work independently. You are sociable and have good collaboration skills.
