About the role

The Executive Assistant role is part of the Kuvataideakatemia development services team. The core duties involve supporting the dean and other executive assistants, including calendar coordination, meeting and travel arrangements, and various administrative tasks for the leadership. Additional responsibilities include secretary duties for the leadership group and council, stakeholder relations tasks, organizing visits and events, and document management. The position is a fixed-term maternity leave replacement from 21 Oct 2026 to 9 Jan 2028. We require a suitable university degree, experience in similar tasks, strong IT skills (MS Office, Teams, Zoom), fluent Finnish and English, initiative, independent work style, teamwork and communication skills, and the ability to handle multiple urgent tasks. Swedish language skills are an appreciated bonus. Salary is aligned with the university’s collective agreement at grade 8, with a monthly case-based component; starting monthly salary is approximately 3250–3400€, six-month probation.
