Job Details We are looking for an Account Director to join our Quantitative team in Cairo! What you'll be doing: Interact with key clients on a day-to-day basis, advising to proactively address needs, provide thought leadership and solve business problems that drive satisfaction. Lead strategically and commercially across all research domains within the Quantitative department. Be part of our senior leadership team and manage a team of associate directors, supporting them on technically and commercially. Supervise and deliver against specific account revenue targets, as well as, plan and forecast future revenue across client accounts. The skills & experience you’ll need: We are looking for someone with a flair for building new and nurturing existing relationships with clients and internal stakeholders. In addition, you will need: A Bachelor’s Degree in Economics or Business Administration or any relevant degree. Proven experience (6+ years) leading large quantitative research studies. Experience with brand health tracking, segmentation, U&As, market sizing and other marketing research techniques. Strategic and commercial client partnering experience, proactively delivering on agreed deliverables and identifying new opportunities for further collaboration. People management experience.
