Day Shift Supervisor

Haemme Day Shift Supervisor for the ore treatment plant at the Kittilä mine. The Day Shift Supervisor oversees production and quality in their own area and participates in planning and maintaining the production plan. You will monitor production more broadly and collaborate with other teams. The role is expert with no direct reports, but you may occasionally substitute for the shift supervisor. The job is mainly day shifts and requires presence at the mine. Permanent employment. Requirements: experience with enrichment processes or other process areas; a higher education degree in a suitable field; positive and proactive attitude; ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks; teamwork and safety-oriented work style.
