Food Production Workers for the Christmas Season

We are recruiting seasonal workers for our client in Huittinen for food-industry work during the Christmas season. The work focuses on handling and packing food products, but the specific duties will depend on your skills and previous work experience. We are looking for energetic team players who can also work independently. Experience in the food industry is an advantage, but we consider a good attitude towards work more important. You will receive an orientation at the beginning of the employment, so previous experience is not necessary. The working environment is cool and the duties include lifting, so good physical fitness is an advantage. The job requires you to be at least 18 years old and fluent in Finnish. A hygiene passport and a salmonella certificate are considered advantages. The work is done on weekdays, Monday to Friday, mainly in two shifts. Shifts fall between 6:00 and 22:30 according to the shift roster, and the workday is 8 hours. Work starts on 9 November and is expected to continue temporarily until around 23 December. Pay follows the meat-industry collective agreement, taking previous food-industry experience into account (PR 1: €12.15/hour–PR 4: €13.92/hour). Interested? Great!
