Keva, Finland’s largest pension insurer, is seeking two part-time physicians specialized in occupational health for a rehabilitation and work-capacity assessment rotation in its Insurance Medicine unit. The first rotation runs 1 Jan 2027–31 Dec 2027 and the second 1 Jan 2028–31 Dec 2028. The core task is to study insurance medicine assessment work under the guidance of a mentoring physician, with exposure to case handling, vocational rehabilitation, work ability management, employer accounts, and research. We encourage independent, proactive thinking and ideas for development, and we share expertise openly within the team and with other Keva specialists. Requirements include specialization in occupational health (late stage), interest in insurance medicine, willingness to learn, and a positive, team-oriented attitude. We offer a tailored role to grow your expertise, opportunities to participate in diverse pension insurer activities, new perspectives on work ability assessment and rehabilitation, and an insight into Finland’s health care system from a frontline vantage point in Helsinki (Kaisaniemi). Competitive staff benefits accompany a monthly salary of 7568.41 €/month for a full-time equivalent, in addition to standard benefits. Both roles are part-time and fixed-term, dependent on working percentage. For more information contact Tuula Metsä, Chief Physician, at 040 560 8856 or tuula.metsa@keva.fi. The application deadline is 4 September 2026 at 16:00. Apply via the recruitment system.
