Consumer Loan Processing and Sales Specialist

We are hiring a Consumer Loan Processing and Sales Specialist at Bigbank Latvia. You will be part of the Consumer Loan processing team, ensuring high-quality customer service and selling bank products; responsible for processing consumer loan applications, analyzing borrower solvency, making decisions, and communicating with clients to close deals, while participating in other team-critical tasks. Requirements include experience in customer service in finance; knowledge of credit analysis is a plus; ability to communicate clearly and convincingly with customers remotely and in closing loan transactions; high accuracy and strong analytical skills; sense of responsibility and persistence to achieve excellent results; higher education or unfinished higher education; strong Latvian language skills and good English.
