Service Manager

The role focuses on overseeing system development for VR Restaurant Services, with primary responsibility for maintaining and advancing the current ERP/operations management system (LS Business Central). The product owner for the system ensures user needs are addressed in further development and collaborates with partners to resolve current fault situations. You will also represent VR Restaurant Services in cross-VR system development initiatives. The workplace is located at our headquarters in Helsinki at Isolla Pajalla. Requirements include at least 4 years of experience in business‑driven system development and project management, the ability to lead development tasks independently, strong collaboration and communication skills in Finnish and English, a good overall understanding of business processes (order/purchase pipeline and invoicing), and appropriate IT education; a higher degree is considered an advantage. Preferred experience includes using Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, knowledge of BC integrations, and prior experience in restaurant environments.
