Construction cleaner needed for a proactive worker! As a construction cleaner your tasks include taking care of the cleanliness and order of the construction site at its different stages. Duties include collecting and sorting construction waste and materials, general site cleaning, removing dust and dirt, and keeping work areas safe and passable. We are looking for a self-motivated and energetic person who enjoys physical work. A good attitude and careful work method are valued – long experience is not required. Construction cleaning requires precision and neatness, and experience with final cleaning is considered an advantage. The job requires: being of legal age, a valid occupational safety card, and Finnish language skills. Having your own car makes commuting to sites easier but is not required. Several job sites are located by public transport. In our team you can succeed by working well with others and valuing good cooperation. In construction, success comes from willingness to learn and develop. The job is physically active, so good general fitness helps. Practical skills and courage to use tools are a plus, and following safety instructions is an absolute requirement on site. The construction cleaner role is a temp/freelance-type position, offering flexibility. You choose when to work and when to take breaks – the job adapts to your life situation. You can combine work with studies or leisure. Pay accrues according to hours worked, and the role offers variety through different sites and tasks. You also build networks and meet new people. We offer opportunities to work with varied tasks and get to know different sites. We pay at least the construction industry collective agreement salary for cleaners, typically 12.59–14.19 EUR/hour, depending on your skills. You will also receive good work gear.
