HVAC Supervisor

The HVAC supervisor is responsible for overseeing installation work within their designated area, coordinating subcontractors performing installation tasks, ensuring progress of workmanship on schedule and providing technical guidance. They ensure prerequisites for the work, availability of materials on sites, and safety at work. The role includes interpreting work descriptions for the network, communicating and coordinating change works with the design department, participating in progress meetings, and reporting to the area manager. A relevant AMK- or vocational education is required. You may be near graduation but must have accumulated experience in installation work in dockyard and shipyard environments. In addition, technical competency and experience with HVAC systems and equipment are required. We expect you to be proactive, independent, and able to collaborate with internal and external networks. Proficiency in Finnish and English is required. The supervisor position does not include administrative supervisory duties.
