Construction Project Manager, US: We are looking for a Construction Project Manager to join the growing Neko Health team in the US. You’ll lead the delivery of new Neko Health centres, ensuring each site meets high standards for quality, safety, design, and operational excellence. This role requires strong project leadership, technical expertise, and the ability to work autonomously across cross-functional and international teams. What Success Looks Like in the First 6–12 Months: Lead end-to-end delivery of new clinics from due diligence through handover; Build and manage a high-performing network of contractors, consultants, and vendors; Manage project schedules, budgets, quality, and risk; Conduct site visits and oversee contractor performance; Ensure projects meet design, safety, and operational standards. Real Estate & Due Diligence: Assess potential sites for technical and regulatory suitability; Manage consultants and support technical due diligence; Identify risks relating to permitting, leasing, budgets, and timelines; Lead contractor and vendor tender processes. Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with Real Estate, Design, Operations, and Clinical teams to deliver projects; Manage project documentation, reporting, and handover; Support continuous improvement through post-occupancy reviews. Requirements: Experience in construction project management ideally within retail, hospitality, or commercial fit-outs; Strong knowledge of US construction, permitting, and building regulations; Experience managing contractors, consultants, and multiple stakeholders; Excellent planning, problem-solving, and communication skills; Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment; Experience with project management software.
