Growth Marketing Assistant

Edea Design Oy specialises in strategic design and product development, helping its clients create successful products and services. We are now looking for a Growth Marketing Assistant for marketing that supports the results of expert sales. In growth marketing, we do not rely on guesswork; we scale the practices that work best. Your key task is to grow our digital visibility and support lead generation for sales. In your everyday work, you will produce LinkedIn posts and case studies, making effective use of AI and other growth-marketing methods in content production and customer prospecting. You will actively monitor website traffic and social media engagement figures to optimise conversions, and report the results to the team. This also helps free our designers’ time for expert work. The RekryKoulutus programme for highly educated jobseekers is aimed at people of different ages and educational backgrounds who want to find work with companies in the region. In this multidisciplinary programme, you update skills important for employment in an SME, such as commercial competence, project management, customer relationship skills and using AI. The aim is to find a job after the programme or already during it. The training lasts 84 days, of which 70% is working at a company. Participation requires finding a company placement from among the network’s businesses. RekryKoulutus is broadly suitable for people aiming for expert and knowledge-work roles in different sectors, including technical fields, commerce, IT, industry, the bio and chemical sectors, and other fields of science.
