Safari Sales Representative

We are looking for an outgoing and customer‑oriented Safari Sales Representative for the upcoming season in Rovaniemi. The position is fixed-term and is ideal for someone who enjoys meeting people, working in an international environment and providing excellent customer service. In this role, you will be an important part of the sales team for safari and travel experiences. You will meet international customers, identify their needs and help them find the right experiences and activities. The role requires good situational awareness, flexibility and the ability to remain calm and solution-oriented even during busy periods. We are looking for someone who: Has an outgoing and positive customer service attitude Has strong customer service and sales skills Is solution-oriented and has good problem-solving skills Is creative and flexible in different customer situations Is fluent in English and Hindi Can work independently as well as part of a team Is motivated to work during the tourism season and with international customers Previous experience in tourism, sales or customer service is considered an advantage, but above all, we value a positive attitude, strong service mindset and genuine motivation to create great experiences for customers.
