Business Consultant

We are seeking a Business Consultant with experience from financial services client projects to join our Nordic transformation team. The consultant will work in close collaboration with the client’s business areas and processes. Required: experience in Finanssialan IT development projects; strong ability to describe requirements as user stories and use cases with client business experts and stakeholders; support the development team to implement the best possible solution; ability to operate in agile environments; experience with risk and dependency management; collaboration with external and internal partners and stakeholders; solution-oriented mindset; quick learning ability and ability to grasp the big picture; experience using AI in work; fluent communication in Finnish and English. Desired: Scrum Master experience; experience with third-party software deployments and multi-team schedule planning; experience in multi-supplier environments and global teamwork; cloud experience; ability to facilitate workshops.
