Data Center Security Specialist

Physical Security Management: Implement and enforce physical security standards across Nebius data centers and partner facilities. Oversee facility access requests, approvals, and revocations according to 'least privilege' principles. Conduct periodic security inspections, risk assessments, and internal audits. Lead and document security incident investigations, ensuring timely remediation. Compliance and Policy: Maintain alignment with Nebius global security frameworks and compliance standards (ISO 27001, SOC 2, etc.). Support internal and external audits with required evidence and documentation. Maintain an updated inventory of security controls and ensure their effective operation. Training and Awareness: Develop and deliver training for employees, vendors, and visitors on site security procedures. Foster a strong security culture through regular communications and refresher programs. Collaboration: Serve as the local point of contact for physical security, coordinating with operations, facilities, and IT teams. Liaise with external partners and contractors to ensure security compliance and operational integrity.
