Are you a service-minded problem-solver who loves pace and busy store floors? We are looking for a salesperson for our department store in Örebro Eurostop. The role is fast-paced, varied and the team works hard, but we have fun together. In the checkout, among the shelves and in the middle of campaigns you will create the customer experience. You greet customers with a smile and ensure the store is neat, stocked and inspiring. One day you help a customer find the right curtain, another day you rebuild a whole department. No two days are the same – and that is what we love. You do not need to know everything from the start—we will teach you. We believe you are fast, accurate and quick to learn; you enjoy talking to people and making their day better; you thrive when things move quickly and you solve problems with “I’ll fix it!”; you can work mornings, days, evenings and weekends; you spread positive energy and want to grow with us. If you have previously worked in retail, that’s great, but the key is the right attitude. We accept applications without a CV or cover letter if you prefer. The process: you are invited to a chat-based first interview with our chatbot Hubert; this speeds up selection and makes it fair given high volumes. The interview takes about 20 minutes. If you move forward, a short service-related test, a on-site interview, and digital reference checks follow. Employment form: permanent, with six months probation; hours: part-time (15 hours/week); work time: day, evenings and weekends; start date by agreement; salary: according to collective agreement.
