As a member of the Integration & Interoperability team you will help shape our product portfolio by partnering with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to design intuitive experiences that help users work seamlessly across Bentley and third-party applications. Your day-to-day Partner with stakeholders to understand user needs and define product direction. Plan and conduct user research, interviews, and discovery activities. Translate research findings into actionable insights and design solutions. Create wireframes, user flows, and interactive prototypes. Collaborate with Product Managers and Engineers throughout the design process. Participate in design critiques, concept reviews, and solution ideation. Validate solutions through usability testing and user feedback. Contribute to and champion Bentley's design system. Improve workflows across Bentley products and external platforms. Requires sitting or standing at will while performing work on a computer (or any other physical requirements). What you bring Experience designing complex enterprise (B2B) software. A portfolio demonstrating strong problem-solving and attention to detail. Advanced Figma skills, including components, libraries, and design systems. Ability to balance user needs, business goals, and technical constraints. Strong communication and stakeholder collaboration skills. Experience working in Agile, cross-functional product teams. Proficiency in prototyping and concept validation. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Pluses Familiarity with the infrastructure field. Prior exposure to 3D/CAD. Degree in Human Computer Interaction, Computer Science, User Experience, or related field.
