Site Supervisor

The group emphasizes responsibility, quality and renewable energy as part of sustainable development. We are seeking a Site Supervisor – Solar Park project for Satakunta region. The project is over 30 million euros and includes earthworks and infrastructure, mechanical installations and electrical installations. The position is permanent. The supervisor will be responsible for the overall site and play a central role in daily management. You will lead site meetings, take care of statutory duties and ensure the site progresses according to plans in terms of quality and schedule. True on-site presence is valued, and we prefer you to be on site most of the working week. You will receive support from the organization and work in close collaboration with the project planner and project manager. The site involves multiple contractors, emphasizing coordination and logistics. Logistics and material handling are significant; large quantities of materials are stored on site. A suitable higher education degree is required (RI / Building Master, etc.). Experience in leading analogous projects with infrastructure and earthworks is valued, as well as demanding industrial or commercial projects. Proficiency in Finnish and good English are needed; some communications may occur in English through subcontractors. Ability to lead multiple contractors and stakeholders simultaneously, resilience to stress and good schedule management, and financial thinking are required.
