This vacancy is for individuals with at least three months of experience working in a grocery store within the last 3 years. You may have experience in cashiering, stocking, picking, or service counter—department is not critical. Joblink offers flexible part-time work across various retail sites with shifts you can book via the Joblink app. Many shifts are booked on short notice for the same week, sometimes several weeks in advance. Shifts follow our clients’ seasonal demands—busy periods flood with work, slower periods lessen opportunities. Your flexibility, attitude, and initiative influence how many shifts you are offered. We expect prior grocery store experience. As a part-time worker you will enjoy varied locations and dynamic schedules. You should have good social skills and enjoy meeting new people. Proficiency in Finnish is required, and you must be at least 18 years old. There are opportunities for longer-term positions; several of our employees have started as temporary staff and later found permanent roles. We offer wages according to the Retail Collective Agreement (TES), flexible scheduling, and the possibility to take holidays whenever you wish. We also provide valuable customer service experience and opportunities to advance to roles such as cashier trainer, team leader, store manager, and even shop owner.
