Elon’s team seeks a Work Ability Leadership Development Manager for Pirkanmaa. The role involves identifying and mitigating sickness absence risks, developing processes for work ability leadership, and planning measures to reduce such risks. You will help client companies recognize and prevent costs associated with sickness absence through Elon’s digital services. In the role you will work with client company management, HR and supervisors and coordinate closely with Elon colleagues, partners and external experts. You will participate in multiple projects concurrently and contribute to service development. The position requires a suitable advanced university degree and substantial experience in personnel or work-ability leadership development tasks. You bring solid expertise in good HR and work-ability leadership practices and experience collaborating with customer organisations. Supervisory experience is advantageous. Proficiency in Finnish, Swedish and English and strong communication skills are essential. You should be comfortable in presenting.
