HR Trainee in the construction team. We are looking for a motivated trainee for our Helsinki office to join Evan, Teemu, Nina, Emma and Johanna in the construction team. Our office is located in Etu-Töölö with good transport links. In Helsinki we employ about 30 HR professionals. We are a growing and evolving personnel service provider where you become part of a supportive, social and goal-oriented work community with an open atmosphere that values new ideas. What would you as our new HR Trainee bring? As an intern in the construction team you will participate in various stages of construction recruitment processes and gain practical experience in the personnel field. Your duties include: writing job advertisements, contacting applicants and interviewing, writing applicant presentations for client companies, orientation and equipment for new construction workers, aligning job seekers with opportunities. You will also get to explore employment matters such as creating terms of employment, collective agreements and labor legislation. Prior experience in construction is not required as we will train you thoroughly and support your learning throughout the internship. We have a humorous and energetic team where no one has to figure things out alone. What we expect from you: you are in the final phase of your studies and seeking an internship for about 4–6 months; you are genuinely interested in recruitment and personnel work; you enjoy working with people and meet diverse individuals; you can act quickly in a fast-paced environment and work accurately in busy situations; you write fluent and precise prose; you have good stress tolerance and organizational skills and can manage many threads; you can work independently and as part of a team.
