
Trainee Pharmacy Dispenser

As a Trainee Pharmacy Dispenser, you will work closely with an experienced team to develop your skills and knowledge while contributing to safe and efficient patient care. The Role: As a Trainee Pharmacy Dispenser, you will be supported and trained to carry out duties such as: Learning how to dispense medication accurately while ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory standards; Supporting the Pharmacy Operations Team with stock control, inventory management, and dispensing processes; Assisting in the delivery of exceptional service to patients and healthcare professionals; Developing the skills to maintain accurate records and contribute to the smooth running of the pharmacy. What we are looking for: A genuine interest in pharmacy and a desire to become a qualified dispenser; Strong attention to detail and a willingness to learn; Good communication skills and the ability to work well as part of a team; Enthusiasm, motivation, and a proactive approach to developing your skills; Ability to work at pace under pressure; Flexibility to allow you to grow with a growing organisation. What we offer: Salary £25,500 per annum; Paid Training so you will be a fully trained Pharmacy dispenser in around 9 months; 25 days holiday + bank holidays, increasing to 30 days after 1 year; Generous pension scheme with employer contributions matched up to 5%; Supportive and welcoming team culture; Casual dress; Company pension; Cycle to work scheme; Free food and drink onsite. Hours: 40 hours per week; Monday to Friday, full-time; Shift pattern: 7am to 4pm or 10am to 7pm on a rota basis; On-site position.
