Industry Head

The position is Industry Head at ARE Oy, based in Oulu, Finland. The Industry Head will be responsible for the profitable growth of the project business in Northern Finland in line with the company strategy. The role requires the ability to lead and motivate a team, build trust through personal example, work pragmatically and solution-oriented, and actively monitor market development. You will maintain networks and communicate with a variety of stakeholders; customer-facing work and sales are essential components. You will ensure ARE participates in discussions when planning new project initiations. Success comes from turning objectives into results and inspiring people to achieve together. A suitable university degree and strong experience in leading project business and personnel management in electrical/installation, construction, or industrial projects form the backbone of your expertise. Knowledge of Northern Finland’s customer and competitor landscape and the ability to translate market understanding into business growth are valued. Your workstation is located in Oulu; the role requires presence both in the office and at customer interfaces. Fluent Finnish and English, both spoken and written, are required.
