Sales Negotiator

We are seeking experienced salespeople (30 h/week) for remote work selling A-lehdet magazines by phone to current customers and targeted groups. You will work as part of our sales team and handle sales of high-quality magazines such as Apu, Eeva and Kotivinkki. A-lehdet has the Reilu Työnantaja badge by the Finnish Association of Mutual Benefit Societies. We offer comprehensive onboarding and ongoing coaching. You will work Monday to Friday for at least 6 hours per day, and you can influence working hours. Saturdays are optional. We are looking for someone who enjoys goal-oriented work, wants to develop and influence earnings, has prior sales experience, works proactively as part of a supportive team, and speaks fluent Finnish. Salary is 30 hours/week with a base plus commission; hourly range 13.75–38.5 €, average 19.53 €; top earners around 4000 €/month, earnings depend on sales results.
