Cleaner

Location: Rovaniemi. Employment: Permanent, full-time (37.5h/week). Salary: Facilities Service TES section 2 (12.59€/h) plus possible supplements. Start: As soon as possible. Shifts: Weekdays, between 06:00 and 16:00. In this role you will be part of the daily life of care home sites in the Rovaniemi area, ensuring spaces are clean, safe and welcoming for residents. Cleaning targets include resident rooms, offices, changing rooms, corridors, sanitary facilities and other common areas. The work includes both maintenance cleaning and basic cleaning tasks, with interactions, smiles and small moments where you are present. You will interact with care home staff and residents to ensure a warm and positive customer experience. Previous cleaning or customer service experience is a plus, but attitude matters most. You will be trained for the site and duties. You will have access to a variety of cleaning tools and machines. Depending on the site, we may require vaccination as per infectious diseases act 48 before starting. Requirements: previous experience in the field and a cleaning or facility services qualification are assets; we especially value prior experience cleaning social and healthcare facilities; possessing a B-driver’s license and own car for work travel; careful and responsible work approach and good interpersonal skills; fluent Finnish or strong Finnish language ability recommended.
