About the role

A successful Systematic Hedge Fund with excellent returns based in Central London is looking for a Python Quant Developer to join their Quantitative Development Team which helps researchers and portfolio managers implementing and optimising their signals and trading algorithms. Our client has a flat structured, transparent and collaborative environment. You will have plenty of opportunity to grow and have an important impact on the business and PnL. Responsibilities: Implement and optimise signals and trading algorithms for various PM Teams Build tools for signal generation Work with traders and quants to roll-out, support and run strategies Build and support new quantitative trading framework Design clean architecture and leverage state of the art tools and components Bring new ideas and experimenting with new technologies Requirements: Strong programming skills with Python (including performance optimization) Knowledge of data structures and algorithms Experience working in a front office environment with researchers and traders Excellent communication skills Strong education background in STEM
