About the role

Maintenance engineer responsible for modifications and development of building systems (HVAC, refrigeration, chemicals, gases and sprinkler systems) at the Nurmo Seinäjoki plant. Works with production, building monitoring and other technical staff. Plans development projects, schedules and maintenance responsibilities to ensure cost-efficiency and reliability; acts as supervisor to maintenance personnel.

  • Maintain responsibility for upkeep, functionality and safety of systems
  • Ensure compliance with authorities' requirements
  • Collaborate with production, building monitoring and other technical staff
  • Lead maintenance personnel as supervisor

Requirements

  • Relevant degree (e.g., HVAC engineering)
  • Experience in industrial building services maintenance, project management and/or design
  • Experience with building systems and operational development of building technology
  • Analytical, proactive and collaborative mindset; able to work independently
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
