We are looking for an experienced semi-trailer truck driver to transport sand, crushed stone, aggregates and asphalt slurry to the capital region and the Uusimaa region. The job involves carrying earth materials to construction sites, receiving points and recycling destinations. Success in the role requires experience driving a semi-trailer combination and handling the trailer in varying site conditions. We especially value experience with similar earthworks, understanding of site traffic, and safe operation of equipment. The driver must be able to work independently and carefully, and understand safe loading, load placement and unloading. The job requires the ability to assess site conditions, soft surfaces, tight working spaces and other machinery and movers. Experience with tipping in different terrains and risk identification is an advantage. The role also requires daily vehicle inspection, proper covering of loads and compliance with work and driving time regulations. We expect professional customer service attitude as the work involves daily cooperation with site supervisors, contractor operators and other partners. We offer permanent employment in a good team, modern equipment and competitive pay. Work is carried out in the Uusimaa region and the position requires willingness to shift work.
