About the role
Documentation Engineer II, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining documentation for Storyblok products, APIs, and training materials. You will work with cross-functional teams to ensure information is accurate, accessible, and helpful. Responsibilities include writing tutorials, guides, API documentation, sample apps, and code snippets. Strong emphasis on clear communication, mentoring teammates, and continuous learning.

Responsibilities
- Become a Storyblok and headless CMS authority
- Create and maintain developer tutorials, guides, FAQ entries, API docs
- Write sample applications and code samples
- Mentor teammates and help overcome obstacles
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accuracy
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in web development
- Proven experience in technical writing and documentation
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field or equivalent experience
- Experience with CMS in general; Headless CMS a plus
- Strong knowledge of RESTful APIs; GraphQL a plus
- Experience with modern JavaScript frameworks (Vue, React, Next, Nuxt, Astro, Svelte)
- Knowledge of Git
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities
- Attention to detail
- Ability to learn and document technical topics efficiently
- Ability to work independently with little supervision
- AI literacy and use of AI tools to enhance productivity
