Building Supervisor

We are seeking site supervisors for a full-time, permanent position at a data center in Hamina. We may also hire part-time site supervisors to cover for permanent ones during vacation periods. The role offers exposure to a multinational work environment and a professional work style. The site supervisor is responsible for the daily operations of their data-center facility under the supervision of a shift supervisor, and acts as the nearest supervisor to the security staff. A proactive attitude, organizational and problem-solving skills are essential. Your duties include: training and ensuring the competence of security guards; handling a variety of customer service scenarios; organizing and supervising the tasks of your data-center unit. Requirements include a valid security guard card, clean background, strong Finnish and English communication skills (spoken and written), and the ability to work shifts. Additional points for experience with Google Workspace, prior supervisory experience, and prior security-field training, especially security screening roles, and experience mentoring or onboarding others. Salary is set at TES level IV in the security industry plus a task-specific allowance (62.98 €/month).
