Finance Project Manager (m/f/d) Employment Contract | Full-time | Hybrid (min. 1 day/week from the office) | Kraków We're looking for a Finance Project Manager for Amer Sports' office in Kraków. At our Global Business Services center in Kraków, we run a portfolio of finance projects - from process redesign and system changes to reporting, automation and data initiatives. In this role you will own the delivery side of that portfolio: shaping scope, keeping plans, risks and dependencies under control, and making sure decisions get made and changes actually land with the business. If you like structure, momentum and visible impact across a global finance organisation, this is a great fit.What you will be doing Project delivery & planningLead finance projects end-to-end — from initiation and planning through execution, go-live and post-implementation stabilisation.Define scope, milestones, deliverables, ownership and success criteria; build and maintain project plans and timelines.Coordinate testing, cutover and go-live readiness activities with process and IT teams. Governance, risk & reportingMaintain risk registers, action logs, decision trackers and dependency overviews across workstreams.Prepare steering committee materials and executive updates; report clearly on progress, risks and key decisions.Track budget and resources, escalate blockers early and drive them to resolution.Contribute to PMO standards, templates and governance frameworks used across GBS Finance. Stakeholder & vendor coordinationPartner with Finance Process Owners, tower leads (OTC, PTP, RTR, MDG), IT and external partners to align priorities and requirements.Track vendor and system integrator delivery against plans; coordinate handover and knowledge transfer.Act as the coordination point between the project team, business stakeholders and GBS leadership. Change management & adoptionPlan and run communication and change activities so new ways of working are adopted, not just delivered.Capture lessons learned and feed them back into the way we run projects. You will report to Senior Director, GBS Transformation and Operations, with a dotted line to the GBS Finance Transformation Project and Change Manager.What you need to succeed Experience3–5+ years of experience in project management, ideally within Finance, GBS/SSC or a transformation environment.Proven track record of delivering projects end-to-end, on scope and on time, in an international organisation.Experience managing multiple stakeholders and external vendors/partners. QualificationsProject management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, AgilePM or similar) — required.Working knowledge of both waterfall and agile delivery approaches.Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Business Administration, IT or a related field.Fluent English (C1). Skills & personal attributesStrong planning and organizational skills; comfortable holding people to commitments.Clear communicator, confident presenting to senior stakeholders.Analytical and structured; able to turn complexity into a clear plan and clear decisions.Pragmatic and resilient — keeps projects moving when priorities shift.
