In this role you will lead your kitchen team by example and collaboratively develop operations with the head chef and other supervisors. The position offers a varied daily routine, as the restaurant operations at each site include breakfast, à la carte, and meeting/banquet services. To succeed you will: motivate and lead the team by example, possess good communication skills in Finnish and English, stay composed in busy times and enable cross-department cooperation, be initiative and solution-focused, and demonstrate fluent Finnish and English. Your duties include: daily leadership of the kitchen team, shift planning, placing orders and inventory management, and developing operations with other supervisors.
