EALTOVOIMA - WITHIN THE WAVE OF POWER AT WORK We are seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Kitchen Shift Supervisor for our client, covering the Pirkanmaa region. In this role you will lead your kitchen team by example and collaboratively develop operations with the head chef and other supervisors. The position offers a varied daily routine, as the restaurant operations at each site include breakfast, à la carte, and meeting/banquet services. To succeed you will: motivate and lead the team by example, possess good communication skills in Finnish and English, stay composed in busy times and enable cross-department cooperation, be initiative and solution-focused, and demonstrate fluent Finnish and English. Your duties include: daily leadership of the kitchen team, shift planning, placing orders and inventory management, and developing operations with other supervisors.
