We are looking for a energetic sales assistant for the EUROSPAR store in Kemi Tervaharju, a permanent 25-30 hours per week position. In a grocery store no day is the same, and the work is varied around receiving shipments, stocking shelves, and delivering smooth customer service. A typical day may start with putting products on display in the fresh produce department, continue at the checkout, and include unpacking shipments, stocking, date control and ensuring the store operates smoothly across departments and maintains quality. The practical work includes customer service at the checkout and in-store departments, receiving and unloading shipments and stocking, displaying products in the Hevi/fruit/bread and other departments, date checking and product quality, and ensuring store cleanliness, availability and functionality. To succeed you should enjoy fast-paced and physical work, take initiative, want to learn and develop, have a good customer service mindset, and enjoy teamwork. Previous experience in grocery or fresh foods is a plus, but the right attitude and energy are what matter. The job is part of rotating shifts, including evenings, weekends and holidays.
